At Mindfulness to Health, we strive to help individuals better manage stress and ill-health by providing low-cost opportunities for individuals to learn evidence-based mindfulness/compassion and other wellness skills. These programs recognise that emotional and physical health are interconnected, and as such provide learnings that help both. The teaching is provided by a highly experienced Clinical Psychologist and Neuropsychologist in a safe and relaxed setting, at Ardor Albury NSW
